  I am very happy with the service there, very helpful. Remodeling bathroom they made sure we had everything we needed. Very knowledgeable people if they didn't know they would find someone who did know

  Every time I visit, I walk away disappointed; Menards has been difficult to find things that I'm looking for. Customer service is really lacking; needs some attention. No one, I mean no one comes up to you and ask if you're ok and or need any help finding something. You always have to go hunt down someone if you have a question or need help with something. It might be better to drive the extra miles to go get something for your home based on customer service alone.
