Tried to take care of this at the Woodbury store the other day, but the woman there couldn't comprehend what had happened or that the items I was returning were identical, just had different UPC codes due to being a different size. The woman in customer service at the Cottage Grove store was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me in a matter of minutes.
