- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 09, 2019, by Terrie SauerI really question ALL of the positive reviews and only one negative one. Cub Foods in Cottage Grove has had horrible customer service for years. That comes from the top management down. Two lanes open , employees standing around talking and most people being forced to use self service. That is the problem. I have actually checked out there in the past and the cashier didn't even say hello to me. Said nothing to me. Just handed me the receipt.No remodeling, or new store front will fix that problem.
